Visor Replacement for the Halo 3 Supreme Collector's Edition Costume?

Hey guys, I haven't been here in a while. I recently fell interested in the Halo 3 Supreme Collector's Edition Costume, but I've always hated the visit that the deluxe helmet has (you can see through it and see the person inside; you shouldn't be able to see Master Chief's face!) So, I've been planning on just cutting out the visor and making a new one. What I'm asking you guys is how I should do this, unless someone has done this sort of thing with the Halo 3 Supreme Collector's Edition costume or even has a visor that fits the helmet that could sell one to me.

Just adding some alternative suggestions.

What if you just put a stronger Gold Window Tint over the visor to increase the reflection. You could find something for relatively cheap online or perhaps go to your local auto body shop that puts tint on cars. You don't need much and they are bound to have a bunch of leftover scraps that you could snag probably for nothing.
Also, Michaels has some spray that you could use. I found that looking through this thread here.
