Wearing Pepakura Armor

Hello everybody - I figured that I would describe how to make pepakura armor wearable after it is resined, fiberglassed, and painted. The pepakura files give the exterior shape to the armor, leaving what's inside very hollow and almost definitely larger than the body part it goes on. I'm at work right now and can't really do anything from this computer, but once I'm home I'd like to describe a method for lining the inside of the armor with foam and cloth to not only make it fit better, but make it more comfortable to wear. Also, I'd like to cover some ways to actually put the stuff on in a pretty simple way so that it's easy to wear but secure. Will post more later.

include some tips on how to attach the suit on your body I.E. Buckles and straps, because i was planning on it, but Adam posted his how-to video about his armor system.

im looking at this thread now with enthusiasm. :D

Yes I do plan to include that as well - another thing I aim to tackle in a different tutorial (if thats what you wanna call it) is the undersuit- It's probably one of the hardest things to get accurately, i'm sure many of us would agree, so I want to share my solution once i get the chance

its not looked upon as one of the harder parts of the suit, but if it is to be accurate, its probably harder than the armor itself.

i dont think anyone has a tut on it, prefrences are to the person making it. BUT, anything worth while is worth it IMO.

im just going to use a plain black adidas jumper and black umbro tracksuit bottoms, black shoes, gloves and a balaclava as my undersuit

Keeping an eye on this one for sure. I'm about to this stage on my armor, in particular the filling the inside of the finished suit.

Cheers,
Kensai
