what looks most accurate?

Iam just entering the spray pint part of my helmet and was wondering what looks the most realistic for a green spartan? And any suggestions on making it look a little battle damaged. :rolleyes
 
The technique that I would suggest for battle damages is to paint it silver first, then adding salt bits around areas you want battle damaged, and finally add a nice olive green paint to the armor.

Oh, right, be sure to scrape the salt off after you paint on the green. You'll get some nice metallic damages to the armor. :p

or if your wayyyyyyy too lazy to watch just paint silver on paint brush and brush on edges
