I can see your sentiments in not seeing it come out good. Frankly, it is because of my tools. I have a jigsaw, two clamps, a drill/screwdriver and wood glue. Oh, and a staple gun. Once I get access to the shop at my school, I can make a downright beastly armor set from wood.

I'm glad you see where I'm coming from. I just cant wait to see how it turns out.

As far as vacuum forming, I still am a little hazy on what you are saying I should do.
