Army of Two - Pepakura Request

Hey all,
One of my friends wants me to make him some parts from Army of Two, I've tried freehand and I fail.. So would anyone be kind enough to model and pepakura these parts for me and send them to me?
I need the Collar/Yoke thing and the shoulders off of this guy

Hey mate. Since i got some spare time, if you can find a 3d model of the charachter, i suppose i could try throwing something together with my newbie blender skills.
No promises though, sorry. Im completely new to this myself and only last christmas did i do a crash course on blender model editing.
