Thanks for all the kind words. Here are some pics in primer. I hate the first prime coat because it helps find flaws that you cant see in its bare form and also shows defined edges better. The primer also shows all the unsealed parts on the mdf, that need to be sanded, sealed, reprimed and then painted. You can see it on the hand grip, it looks kind of fuzzy. That basically reminds me of all the small things that need attention. I still need to finish the blade arms and I am going to redo the two top spikes, I think they are to rounded on top for my taste. I also need to cut and weather the leather for the hand grip and finger guard.
Without a doubt there will be lights. There is masking rubber covering the tranparent blue panels while I primed it. I will try to take some pics with the lights on tonight, the leds are installed in the body already. There are two on each side and one for each barrel. Thanks everyone for the comps.
I peeled of some of the latex masking to show you the lights. The leds still shine through the masking I left on. Sorry about the glare I use my camera phone on these pics. You can also see how its a two part design in these pics. I still have to figure out molding and casting the hollowed front part. Suggestions or help on that part would be appeciated. Thanks guys.

1. Make a molding box
2. Buy some oil based clay
3. Put the clay in the box
4. Put you model in the box
5. Build up the clay until the centerline of you model.
6. Build the clay inside of you model
7. Cast it.
8. Clean the cast up.
This afther is a quick look at your model, it seems possible if you get your line at the correct spot. A little Paint to give you a better idea*
I have some pics of the blade arms I am working on as well as a few other shots. I also recut the blades in a more angled style.
Look at the blade arms and tell me if you think a cast piece would be strong enough to hold the blades for dislay and walking around with while in your chief suit? The arm will possibly have a section cut out as well, you can see it kind of penciled out in the pics. I dont have to cut the small panel out but it is like that in game pics. There is some other detail part that goes in that opening but I could leave it solid and detail on top of it.The gaps between the body will be filled in also, so some areas will be a little thicker. Do you think I will need metal reinforcements in it? I dont know what material I will be using to cast it so any suggestions based on experience would be great. I think it would be best to cast the arm/ blade holder by itself and not on the body. It would have 3 screws and possibly registry pins to attach to the body. What do you guys think. Thanks in advance for any ideas.
