Yea I did a test piece with hot glue and it proceeded to melt a nice hole! Guess I'll spread the glue onto the EVA and wait for it to cool a few seconds.

Both suits look pretty badass, I hope you don't mind me taking a few of your ideas!

A few more details on the commando. Also installed fans in the chief torso and a little surprise somethin somethin in the chief helmet, not gonna say what it is til its finished

Currently sealing the commando helmet, this has to be some of my best work to date, I am so stoked over how it came out. Seriously, I can't believe I made this thing...lol...pics soon!

Your foam work looks amazing. Every time I try to do a foam build I can never make good cuts. always jaggedy ulgy messes, even with a xacto. Can't wait to see the undersuit
