Strange... I found it [Hot Glue] easy to use and worked great for cardboard... But that's just me. Is there something wrong with your glue gun?

Sweet work on the Cardboard weapons!!! I like the MAC5 especially and that magnum grip is insane!

I've also had trouble getting hot glue to stick to cardboard, it just doesn't want to work because it doesn't seem to want to soak into the cardboard like superglue does. I've found that the only thing that hot glue really works well for is bonding fabric to fabric. I haven't tried the hot glue slush cast method for armor yet though.

It must be the type of glue gun or glue I use. I'll try it some time with anothert type of glue stick, but until than, masking tape and glue work fine. I may try bondo if I decide to cast my new assault rifle im going to make. Blueprints are done for it and its scaled for 88cm long (1:1 scale)

I'll keep you all updated!

Thanks for the complament.

I just guess sometimes hot glue isn't the right answer.

jericho, I used a P90 for the gun. I just put the parts inside the gun so it worked, and the clip is were the charging handle should be. P-90 all the way, and use either TSD or TM for that.

Good luck with it!

Also, can some one get me these images on high res. please?

All I have to do is finish the details, Bondo it, sand it, Prime, Bondo it, sand it, than prime and paint!

If I like the way it turns out, I may mold it, but im still questioning weather or not to sell it. I herd Bungie holds tightly onto the BR, but not so much the AR. if this is true, I'll just give one them to my friends as birthday presents or something.

Any way, hope you all like it!

my BR actually is almost done. All I have to do is put that thing that goes across the middle of the BR on, work on the clip a little, and paint it then I'm done. I'll post a pic of it when done if you like?
