Everything looks great, but I would recommend beefing up the chest and shoulders a bit. It's just that the torso is small, so it makes the helmet look larger than it actually is, effectively making you look akin to a bobble-head.

i'm adding more padding to the solders and the torso is small but is also one of the smallest torsos in game plus this is a scratch build so i'm not perfect

i'm going to fix to cod were it will stay down and adding some more paint to the back pouch

a little adjusting on the shins, thighs, and helmet and it will be all finished

(adding velcro to the shins so they don't move and adding padding to the helmet)

Adding more padding. Or add a layer of foam on the inside to make it a tighter fit.

Also, on the inside of the thighs, increase the height. I drew a diagram to show you what I mean.

If you make the red addition the same colour as your undersuit it won't be noticeable, just use a piece of foam.
This combined with some more padding on the inside should keep your thigh-pieces stable.
