The helmet seems relatively straight forward for pepping, just use the height of your head and then add a few cm (I added 3.5 in my case) But look at all the demensions of the model and how it would fit your head first off.

I'd start with 290mm high. That's usually a good size. And it'll look a bit bobble-headish, that's ok. Once you're wearing armor, it will look right.

That is a beautiful model my friend. Looks dead accurate and oh so smooth.
In regards to scaling, I think a good 29-30cm will fit most people and stay proportional to their body (with armor).

yeah I'm making it 29 cm thoughi'll have to resize it to fit me because I'm 13 and my head's smaller
