just out of curiosity, I'm not 100% on my scale here, I scaled it a bit smaller than what I typically wear for a Spartan helmet at 280mm, file I'm using was 210, and yours is 243. So it seems like there's a possibility this could be a rather loose or large helmet rather something that's kind of snug.

In either case, the new helmet mod you did looks great! If it had the cross at the center down the visor area it'd make almost a perfect comic variant! And having the badge is a nice add on once it's all done.

Gotta say, I like it a lot.

Thanks. I would need to think about doing the comic version.
The size I used based on the average 24 inch head circumference is to incorporate the padding inside the helmet, most pics and vid caps, show the padding to be 3/4 inch thick with around 1/2 showing. So the helmet shell would seem vary loose without padding.
