Legendary Emblem

Well i decided to take a break from my ODST suit and came across a set of halo legendary swords,knives,and shield(sliced). This is what i have done so far.

just little something i drew a few months back

Kewl! Didn't realize anyone had made Pep files of those knives. Given the size of them, with the shield that should make a decent-sized wall hanging

I take it you're going to resin/fiberglass it to harden/strengthen it a bit, not just leave it as-is? :unsure

yeah i plan on just resining it and then a lot of B Filler to smooth it out

Ah, okay. That should be enough to strengthen it, imho. Looking forward to more, dude. Hopefully someone else can chime in here to help you with modeling the shield in Pepakura Designer (I'm all thumbs with that, lol) :cool

There is actually a pep file for this? It seems to me that it might be almost better to build it from scratch since it seems that it would be easier to make it very sturdy. Unless you have a plan in mind already to strenghten it.



Are you also going to include the elite skull head??



I have thought about making this myself, but that will be in due time. Maybe once I start working more or find another job and start making some more money, I will get into some more detailed projects.



But so far those swords are looking pretty cool and they look like a good size.

yeah these are just for show so the strength doesnt need to be amazing.i just plan on putting resin on the outside and theres a little hole need the grip that im goin to fill with resin.Then ill smooth it out with bodyfiller.As for the elite head i wish there was a way to make it but i have know clue on goin about that

Legendary shields

Legendary_Shield_01 and Legendary_Shield_02 have fillets which may make them more complicated, 03 and 04 don't have the fillets. They're not built for pep so you may need to get creative with the unfolding, since they're full of large tri's.

i have those but the shield is a sliced model not a 3d one and i got a sheidl and am pepping it atm
