Under Armor ?

Now that I'm almost finished with my Gungnir ( yes that gungnir ) I am gonna be starting on my chest piece . But after I had printed out the pep file I realized I was gonna need under armor for my costume. I was just wondering what the best and cheapest solution to this is.

The cheapest and easiest thing I've used as an undersuit is long sleeve and long pant compression clothes used mainly for working out in colder temperatures. An example would be This, I got mine from walmart for $10-$20 for each piece. It's a good starter for an undersuit and then you can build your own or improve on what you have over time.
