That's really cool! Are you going to do the entire under suit that way?
Yes all of the under suit will be done this way. i have update going up here in a few but the under suit will be very flexable and if i can get this right the under suit will be where it can be trimmed to fit right with out loseing details

Ok here is where I am I need to print out the other knee gasket and finish the detail work you know the seem lines and then I will be molding them start casting the parts. Enjoy the pictures

This is super creative and innovative! I cant wait to see the finished project as an actual functional under suit. If this turns out as cool as I think it will, I'm gonna have to pull it off myself

thanks im hoping to get these body suit done pretty fast but with the holidays my supplies are hit and miss i figure it will all come in after the new year holidays are over..

Would you be able to provide me a tutorial on how you made yours and where I can find the products you used? Thanks.

Superbly done! Is this the InstinctCeative 3D files?
im getting ready to embark on a similar journey and would also love to get some general tutorial info on your urethane molding and casting process. I’ve made fiberglass molds from bucks and then cast fiberglass parts from the molds but have not done anything yet with silicone or urethane casting.

Yeah I'm waiting on my supplies for those big jobs but yeah I'm going to try to do a step by step so others can follow and yeah those files I had commissioned I'm going to have my friend show me how to make these file so I can design my own to sell.

Excellent! Looking forward to it. What 3D printer do you have? I’ve been doing everything on my PRUSA Mark 3 i3s which is really too small to tackle this build. I’m considering the Creality CR10 pro v2 with its 300 x 300 x 400 bed

I have 4 cr10's and then I have 5 of the longer lk5 pro and 4 of the ender 3 printers I really like the longer lk5 pro it prints really smooth. And for under 300 it's the same size bed as the cr10

I've been looking at getting the titlewave files and altering them to possibly work for a cloth and or foam undersuit. I was wondering if there were them as well and how detailed they are and could be converted to foam

Yes but for some reason if you try to put them in fusion or blender they look like any other file but when you save it the files go back to the originals

Maybe contact the model maker and see what’s up? When you acquired the files was there anything in the notes about not altering them?
