UPDATE ON PICS! MORE SOON TO COME!!!

:cool I just recently decided to not be a lazy Halo bum (i am currently a general grade 4) for remaining 3.5 weeks of summer, so i started my costume. As you may remember, i posted my costume idea as well as smg and sniper rifle. I have not fixed up the smg, but i am working on a magnum, shotgun, and an energy sword.

Alright, the links work. Nice use of a Sharp Shot. I would have gone for the SL6 if you were gonna actually go to wars with that.

Very creative with the Raider and Deploy. Keep it up!
 
I wouldn't hae stretched the spring, after a few shots it gets reset and the spring is weaker. What part of the gun isn't working?
 
The cocking mechanism was making weird noises, so i took it out. It sucked anyway, even with a stretched spring and ar removal. It looks nice, but the shotty is gonna look the best.
 
You could put a few nickels behind the spring for more compression. The cocking mechanism consists of a pin, the slide, and an extension spring. Maybe you put it together wrong. There's lost of videos for internal mods, you might want to check out LordDraconical's channel.

Yeah, i could, but i probably won't due to the fact that it is already done. i will do that for friend. he wants his to actually work, so i can mod it then paint. the shotty looks pretty sick and i can't wait for the sword. now the only problem is which weapons to bring to the comic con!
 
Nice weapons. i like the shot gun. Also if you pull hard enough on where you insert the mag on the "shotgun" itll come off.
 
That is halarious that it just comes off. I might pull i off then. Do you need to take it apart? The recon helmet is awesome, so i needed it!
 
i think that i am going to have to leave it on. Idk how to take it off without having to restart. I like them all, but the magnum was a little off due to the fact that all of the cutting was pretty uneven. I like the shape and the feel of the gun, but the front has much to be desired.
 
To take the magwell off, you need to disassemble the raider and unscrew some screws inside on the left half. Then patch it up with cardboard.
