I've been searching through foam builds and tutorials but everybody seems to have a different opinion. I just wanted to get an overall vote of what people think is the best before I order foam for my build.

You should add the pepakura visor. Your helmet needs support. If it doesn't have support then you could mess up the helmet during the resinning process. I've never resined before so I can't say for certain but I would just lightly coat the helmet with resin
