actually that could work just have to be careful which foam you use, the minimal expanding would work well or do the smooth cast 300 stuff that a guy did for his helmet poured into the hole and rolled it around same as you did with the resin

Well I started on mine, this is my first time doing any paper modeling like this. I actually think I sized the helmet too small I used the pep by RUNDOWN Scale set to 54.338317 height 250 width 211 depth 306 So I'm thinking I'll probably try another after this one, due to size...
