Did you seal check the respirator? Also when I use hot glue, as a rule I only do 3 flaps at a time, that's about all the time you get. This method Is slow but the results is lovely.

i dont know how far you have gone, but you could always start over cutting the hexagons out of contact paper instead?

if you cant find the exact color you want at a local store, and your not in a huge hurry, you could always order the paint.

you could pick up a clay tool/ wood working tool, there are a few options that are rectangular with a beveled edge, my thoughts for removing the tape :P

yep, only two downsides i find with it is one the strings, and two the shortish work time. though in retrospect is lets me fiberglass when its cold out. being that the fumes that build up in the box don't eat the glue away.

last December i had a bit of pep fever and printed out a pile of assorted models.Over the summer i miss-placed 95% of said models. but then yesterday i found happend upon an unknown pile of red papers located between thy shelf and the wall. so what better to do on a Saturday then cut and glue...

depending on what you glued the pep together with, i find that placing the entire resined piece inside a large storage container, then taping the lid on with ducktap (create a seal) then bringing the container inside works great. used it on my fallout helmet and my recon with no ill effect...

well here is what i had finished for all hallows eve. the coat was a quickly re hashed trench coat so its a bit off. i have yet to finish the air tanks and add the antena to the helmet. also need to weather the chest and arm plates but, tell me what you think.
