yeah I dont understand. as far as I know, dancing fool creates his files based on reference pictures from the movie, so it is as accurate as it gets. and most of the files you use are from DF

measure the width and height of the object you want to place the helmet over, and then put those same numbers into pepakura

looking solid there. is it difficult using cardboard instead of cardstock? I used cardstock to create the leg and it ended up being flimsy and what not. and i want to use cardboard like you do, but i dont think my printer can handle it. also, would you mind showing us that helmet you got...
