You can make the armor with cardboard or double layer craft foam. That might work for you. Try to search for cardboard build armor and you might find some good posts that you can use them as a guide for your build. Good luck with your build.

i found out what i might do for my halo spartan armor. so what im gonna do is i have a little mega bloks spartan dude( sadly not as accurate as id like it to be for example the boots are way of and so are the hands) and im gonna draw a it to scale so it'll fit me and build that. im actually not sure how im gonna build it, maybe a paper model and fiberglass it or something. i would use pepakura but i sadly dont have windows. if you have any tips let me know.

hello peoples of 405th im new here but i know that this is not a big store were people sell and buy armor molds and things like that. But, ive never really made anythting BIG like HALO armor so i could use some tips and stuff and some places to get help. thanks...k bye
