    Project: Reach

Yeah, I was gonna recommend one to you earlier considering how large of a visor you're dealing with. Thank you very much, Rosh. I hope to continue to dazzle you with my work in the future. :) TJ, I quoted your post originally but it caused my post to exceed the character limit. 1. I didn't...

    Halo 3 FOAM Battle Rifle

Wow, you make scratch building weapons out of foam look easy. Great job! Something you may consider if you're trying to clean up your cuts with the dremel, is heating the metal pipes and using them to melt down burs. Keep up the great work! -Ryan M-082

    Aztlan's Halo 4 Rogue + Binary Rifle + M6H + Exo-suit WIP, PIC HEAVY!

Nice job. I was going to try out that foamie technique earlier but didn't have the time before work. Hoping to try it soon though, as it seems it'd save me time instead of building layers with styrene. Keep up the good work; I look forward to your next update. -Ryan M-082

    Halo 4 Hayabusa suit- Finished!

Great job! The helmet turned out beautifully and I greatly enjoy your color choice, I might have to corner you at a con and force you to take pictures wearing my Locus. Lol

    Project: Reach

First off, thank you for the kind words. I actually just noticed the thread with your pics earlier today when you updated it; they'll come in handy in the future and I'm quite upset at myself for not noticing the thread sooner. Lol. Neither of the pieces you mentioned have been started yet...

    Aztlan's Halo 4 Rogue + Binary Rifle + M6H + Exo-suit WIP, PIC HEAVY!

Oh okay, I read "Final product" and went "Noooo, the potential! D: " Lol. That window tint sounds like some wicked stuff; I'll be watching to see what it looks like out of the can. Ryan M-082

    Aztlan's Halo 4 Rogue + Binary Rifle + M6H + Exo-suit WIP, PIC HEAVY!

Looking good, though personally I would've gone with a more orange shade rather than gold so the hex pattern would be more subtle as it is in-game. I'm eager to see all the pieces stuck together, your cuts are very clean. -Ryan M-082

Halo 4 Assassination Knife - First Build

Great start, man! Don't fret over skill level, practice makes perfect and the more you build the better you'll get. My first prop was a hideous chunk of bondo and fiberglass that I tried to call a helmet, I wish I had a picture of it so you could have a cheap laugh. Keep chuggin' along, I'm...

    Aztlan's Halo 4 Rogue + Binary Rifle + M6H + Exo-suit WIP, PIC HEAVY!

Oh hell yeah, I love that orange acrylic! I was considering building the Rogue helmet back when the game first came out and had the same idea for the visor, so I'm excited to see you do it. How do you plan to adhere the pieces together? Clear caulking? -Ryan M-082

    Project: Reach

Thank you! :) Thanks! So far it isn't, though I haven't really worn it for hours on end to test just what it's like in there. I'll get back to you once I wear it to a convention or something. Thank you very much; Reading that brought a huge smile to my face! :D Dooooo it. Lol. It works...

    Project: Reach

*update* Hello again, 405th. It sure has been a while, hasn't it? I'd blab about the countless things that kept me occupied during my 2-month hiatus, but that's not what you came here to see. So without further talk, The good stuff: During my time away I was able to finish up the Mark VI...

    Project: Reach

Thank you! You sir, are damn good. Lol. I received some padding in the mail a few days ago; it wasn't what I ordered, but it'll do. I'm kinda irritated that the different shades of grey don't match, but 1: very few people will see the padding in the first place, and 2: I'm going to be...

98% accurate EMILE build finished pics 6-4

Oh, awesome! I need to warn you though, I tried to mold my forearm in pieces originally and I end up wasting a bunch of materials because of it. You need to make excess space around the edges so the mold is deep otherwise rotocasting becomes ridiculously hard to do. Can't wait to see how your...

98% accurate EMILE build finished pics 6-4

Looks great, Rosh! The black areas turned out really nice. Since you began to cut into it, I take it you aren't molding it after all? Keep it up, man. I'm always excited to see more progress on this build. -Ryan M-082
