Woops, I'd meant the Joint Fire operations helmet, operator shoulder pads and the U/A multi threat body plate, not the Hazop one. But no ones done a hazop one before? wow, it seems simple to do, might do that once its finished.

Alright guys, after a few months of lurking I've decided to get off the metaphorical pot and start my own set of halo armour and truly join this community. I'm planning on using EVA foam for the armour itself as that seems to be the easiest to work with and I'll most likely have another thread...

Sure feels good to finally have a profile here. I'd heard about this place a while ago but never got onto till now. Yeh, i saw one of those inverness guys thread some time earlier. Where about you at, cos highlands isnt that descriptive.

I have to ask, do you just glue the pieces together straight out or do you use a heat gun or something similar to shape the pieces first?
