the first image is a broken link and I can't view it to determine exactly what you are going for. I see the second image though. I'm assuming your just going to make the top portion wearable as a mask, but you need to make the rest of it (the brown neck area)?
I'd say use latex for it, or any other material that would look the part. Latex would be your best bet though
