Advice on WA state gaming expo?

I’ll be heading to the WA state gaming expo in my odst gear for my first ever convention this Sunday! Does anyone know of any cosplay events there or cool things to do while in costume? Also any advice or tips would be appreciated as I have never been to a convention before.
