Your question may be more specific than the last one, but it still isn't specific enough. You can find all kinds of "tips" about building all kinds of armour and weapons by just looking through the forums. Please do take some time to actually read the thread I linked earlier. Without committing some time to research you won't get very far, no matter how many "tips" anyone gives you.
