Anyone know how and what to use to make a nice looking CB Assault rifle?

So I have put in some research and cannot find any files of cutouts to use to make a combat assault rifle. I am having a brain problem here. Can someone point me in the right direction?

There are lots of people that modify Nerf guns to make them look like guns from Halo. All of the ones I've seen on here look great. Not sure if there are any cutouts, but you could start with a pep file and go from there. I believe there is a New Zealand cosplayer who had drawn up a series of reference blueprints. Presently he is known as Andrew DFT on facebook. There are 2 different Halo MA Assault Rifiles and a few other halo rifles you can choose from. Do ask him for tips if you get stuck, he does know his stuff (even if he is a little slow to express it in his videos).

Edit: Sorry, I read your post wrong, I thought you were looking for files lol. The above posts would help you out a lot and if the Halo: CE AR is what you were looking for then you should be able to edit the file for a trace.
