Army of two Mask

Because of the very very inaccurate Cactus Hobby my friend bought, I made one out of pepakura, than resin, rondo, fiberglas sheets, currently sanding it and gonna at the eyebrows tomorrow and modify the eyes...

the mask on the right is from cactus hobby, added some clay when i was bored... ^^

You Should rondo it on the inside, adds some weight and lets you do the bullet holes with ease.

it is rondod on the inside about 4mm strong which makes the whole sanding process much easier...

Good. Rondo makes sanding easier. Doing it for my Reach Pistol for GameStop How are you gonna make the bullet holes? I was thinking for my armor to drill with a somewhat large drill bit, and then use a knife to cut into the rondo a bit, and carve some parts out. Then darken it in with some black paint, and highlight with silver.

Hope you use this idea for the mask also

not sure if i will make some bullet holes, since im planning to use that mask as a model for a mold and if I find a proper supplier I will cast some real metal masks
but the bullet holes arent that deep so i think with my dremel should do the trick
