Artillery Shell repurpose.

A few days ago I took this twisted, cracked and corroded copper rifling ring off an exploded artillery shell. After flattening it out on the anvil I was able to repair it and tidy up all it's edges. I then reshaped it and polished it.

There's a bit missing due to activation of its original explosive task, but enough left to make an interesting bracelet.

How would a conversation go that started with, "That's an interesting bracelet." ?

That's awesome, polished copper always looks nice in my opinion. I was actually looking at some old artillery shell casings at a local market recently.

I could see this as something someone in Skyrim or some Elder Scrolls game would wear! I like the looks of it!
