Hello,

After a few hours of reading topics, I finaly decided to start my own ODST armor. I wanted to make it in foam but foam is outlaw in my country. So I use fitness' groundsheets. Some pictures :

I have to assemble all my belt's part and this part will also be finish Today I've started my thigh :

Awesome work so far, I personally haven't tried working with EVA Foam yet but it looks like it gives nice results.

I wanted to use eva foam too but it is outlaw in my country so I can't buy it :/

My boyfriend started his own ODST armor so I'm not alone Today, I received the two helmets I bought by Stony Props. One is damage but I think it can be fixed (I ask Stony Props about).

One forearm complete ! I burn myself with the hot glue so I stop the work for today. I finish the second one Wednesday.

I finish the second forearm and I made one shoulder (it was very hard XD)

How much does each mat cost? It seems like getting enough mats for a whole suit would cost a lot.

The blue mat cos 25€ (+/- 33$) and the black one 3.5€ (+/-5$). I cost two of each and I think I won't need more

I had the impression that the shoulder was too big so I ask my brother to take a picture and finally it looks good

It's been a while I was not here. Maybe because the issues the forum had my lats posts are not in my thread. I finish my ODST suit in march and already wear it in few events

I'm currently thinkig about the V2 of my suit I want to make new shins, improve the chest, put a compad on the helmet and fixe some others details I also started a new MA5

It's been quite a while I didn't post here ^^ A year a go a found some good foam so I was able to improve my ODST I made a new torso, new forearms, new shins, add a radio on the helmet, change the colors, I made a Magnum, a new MA5, a knife...
