Battle damage

This idea is the result of my family Christmas party booze was not involved so don't bother asking;I stepped on a leg and fell down a flight of stairs.
What i want to do is put a spiker round or a needle in my halo reach armor has anyone done this? and if so please put a link if not please help.

i don't remember anybody doing it in the past, but a good way to do it would be to make the needle (full needle) out of transparent pink/purple acrllic plastic. then find the place on your armor you want to have it, cut it to fit so that it looks like it is inside of the armor.
Then, after you have the needle on there, flip your armor piece over (so your looking on the inside) and install an LED light. White should be fine since the plastic is pink/purple already.

That would be the way i would do it.

my plan was to have my artist brother carve one and then make a mold of that and fill it with acrylic actually and I'm still debating about using a spike or a needle
