Battletech Elemental MASSIVE FULL SCALE WIP

This is for all you Toad lovers out there.

Was hoping to be a bit further along by now but the sheer size and amount of paper this thing is taking is slowing me down. Making my own files isn't helping the time either. Gunning for a spring completion, maybe next summer. Only going to pep the chest and back with the rest scratchbuilt more along the lines of Plog's 3058 upgrade art than some of the more varied material from other sources.

Tips, comments, and crits most welcome. Kind of only posted this at this early stage to see if anyone else was interested in the build files or in unfolding the backpack and SRM. So feel free to hit me up if you are.

Several model views (from the canceled Battlefield mod, couldn't get the LL model but both are pretty close in the torso where it counts).

And assembling the big boy. Several braces in back to help hold its shape.

Thanks. I'm actually hoping to have the front done for Halloween just to prop up by the Onicon Battletech tables for fun. Should finish up the pep tonight. I'll update after resining.

Hey, thats gonna be interesting. Never seen a guy who builds an elemental suit.
But maybe if this big piece gets covered with resin,fiberglass and bondo, it'll be pretty heavy. There's a guy around these forums, who had the same problem with his fallout-armor.

But great stuff tough. Keepi it up.

Also, I do hope you release the pep files because this has been a dream build of mine for quite a while.
