Best Way to Strengthen Armor

Hey guys, just thought about this, and my question is, whats th best way to strengthen armor ~!~Other Than Fiberglass/Resin~!~ because I dont exactly think my parents would want me dealing with toxic fumes... Suggestions will be accepted, and the only other way I have seen is paper mache, so if you have another way you know of, feel free to post it here. - Ice

You could use Frost's glue method...But I think that's pretty much it.

Melt hotglue sticks in a coffe/pie tin over a portable stove in your garage, paintbrush the melted glue on the inside.

hot glue isnt sandable but you could apply a flame to melt it into shape
