The drill is out of scale but the 3d file will need ajustments made to be made big enough in designer.

Im trying to alter right now.

But if i make it big enough, the drill cone is too long.

do you think that splitting the cone in half would work?

You can either cut it in half or make lines across sections to where it can be broken down easier. I know how the drill cone is where it's long pieces with a spiral going around it.

So, the knee piece is scaled to the Big Daddy already?

Ill have to make sure, but i think so.

Would 2.699544 or 3.838271 be the proper scale?

Those are boots and knee repectivly.

Still working on unfolding the boots.

Im using metasequoia and cant figure out how to cut strait across.

it always cuts like 9/10 of the way across, but not all the way.

In meta click on Knife then Cut with a knife in the sub buttons on the 3d window and just make a line across the place you want a line to be on

Did you make any progress on the Drill?

No, im still working on the cone.

If you want i can post a properly scaled drill, but the cone will print over 2 or 3 sheets of paper.
