Big question

OK First thing first i been done with my pep armor for two days now.
i messed up the chest piece becuase i was told that i wasn't sappose to fiberglass the front onle the inside so now my question is wat do i do in steps i've check all the forms but they dont make sence to me i dumb yes so that why i need your help to give me step by step to finish this armor and wear it please!!!

What sort of paper did you use? The chest piece looks a bit...deflated and wet

Is there fiberglass cloth on the outside??? Or just resin?
