I also need one, and this thread could be pretty useful.

By the way, your link doesn't work. Try posting the item number.

How cheap? Too cheap and they won't be worth a darn. You could look at newegg.com to get some ideas and specs on different cards. I'll look around later and see what i can find.

Well I could tell you the Capture card I use, it's a Dazzle Video Creator Platinum aka DVC170/Dazzle 170. It's good when you know how to use it with the right settings. I could help you in the settings if you get one.

Here's an example of my capture card...

More like an attachment. I think you plug it into the USB port in the 360. Correct me if I'm wrong. I have no experience with capture cards.

No capture card is cheap.

But, I use the Dazzle, here's an example!

A capture card is a card for a computer. It has the component plugs so you can plug your X360 in it.

Now you have to decide : Internal or External.

I have an internal and it works really well. Its a tv tuner though ,just incase i want to watch tv, also it is a capture card just named something else.
Its all personal preference for external and internal.I think external cost more though correct me if im wrong.

Internal has better quality, but costs a heck of a lot more and you have to mutilate your computer to put it in (For the better ones, atleast).

External are connected via a USB cable from your computer, to the device, through AV cables, back in the 360. External lower quality, but are cheaper and connect right into your computer. They also don't take a chunk out of your memory space (TimeShift, anyone?).

Hope that helps.
