Casting armour from rubber?

I had a cool idea for a halo take on the balenciaga x armour collab and was wondering if it would be possible to make a mold by building the armour out of foam, and then putting something around it to make a mold to fill with some kind of durable material (most likely rubber??)
Would this be possible? How would I go about making the molds?

marinesniper did something like this but for the under suit of the mk 7

I am almost done printing the under suit off master chief infinite and I am in the process of body work on the mark 7 under suit I will cast both of these in latex rubber so they will be really flexible
