I was wondering what people usually fill there molds with. what kind of material do people have the most success with?

I think a lot of people just rotocast with a couple of coats of smoothcast 320. I've never molded something so I'm not speaking from experiences though. Try checking out bennstreeper's thread (how to resin a helmet from start to finish in the video section). He covers the whole process from pep to molding so he probably has a video on what your looking for.

I personally use smooth-cast 300 from Smooth-on.com

2 part plastic resin bought at any hobby shop or you can purchase smooth-on brands
