Cleveland Gaming Classic Info and Roll Call: September 11-13, 2026
Description: The 405th Midwest has applied for a booth at Cleveland Gaming Classic, held for the first time at the Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland, Ohio! I wanted to get this thread started since tickets have just went on sale.
Date: September 11th, 2026 through September 13th, 2026, (9/11/2026 - 9/13/2026)
Location: Huntington Convention Center, 300 Lakeside Ave, Cleveland, OH 44114

Local Hotels: One hotel has been announced so far with a discount rate CGC Hotels

Final Thoughts: We have had nothing but great experiences with our booths at CGC! This year will be different from what we're used to with the new location. The Huntington Convention Center is where Fan Expo is held. Some of us may know the center but I don't think we have experience loading in. We will be depending on the information CGC gives us closer to the event. I might go the week before and make sure we have a solid plan of where to unload and park for those bringing in the booth walls.

We usually get plenty of exhibitor badges the day the event starts. We don't get word ahead of time of this and we might not get them with the new location. Keep this in mind when considering the purchase for badges/tickets.
