Cleveland Gaming Classic Info and Roll Call: September 19-21, 2025
Description: The 405th Midwest has been invited back to appear at the Cleveland Gaming Classic, held at the IX Center in Cleveland, Ohio!

"Our event began over 10 years ago through a shared passion of gaming amongst a small group of friends in a Cleveland basement. Today, the Cleveland Gaming Classic has grown into something much larger, but still stays rooted in a passion for everything gaming and more! And if you haven't been to CGC before, there is something truly for everyone - and it's great for kids! Whether you're into video games, toys, collectibles, cosplay, competing in tournaments, card games, comics, tabletop games, meeting legendary icons, nostalgia and more - we've got it all. This September 19 - 21, 2025, we are thrilled to be back at the the I-X Center! This allows us to expand our content greater than ever before. Additionally, we take great pride in giving back to our community here in Cleveland. Since 2020 we've raised over $13,000 for United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cleveland. We'll see you this September 19 - 21, 2025 at the IX Center for Ohio's largest convention for a weekend of everything gaming and more!"

Final Thoughts: We had an extremely successful first showcase with this event in 2023 and a great showing in 2024, and the event runners intend to invite us back with a larger booth size and accommodations as of this time. With many of our Ohio members talking about building out walls for a booth space I can't wait to see it all come together for this showing.

Mark me as tentative please, I'm getting married the weekend before but I will still try to make it! This is my favorite convention.
That's big news! Congrats!

I may be blind but i am unable to find rules about bags and stuff do we know if there are any?
With the 405th having a booth space and acting as Exhibitors 405th members will have slightly more access and ability than the average attendee. Generally, when the 405th is given exhibitor passes to a convention that comes with the ability to bring in bins/totes/transport carts, and the like with the permission and understanding of the convention or event.

Previously the booth space at this event afforded us the opportunity to store our Armor Totes in a designated area at the booth. Even when we don't have a special curtained off storage or changing area, appropriately themed and decorated armor totes or bins are often used as set dressing for the booth.

I'm sure we'll discuss booth set up in the coming month, but if we have the room would anyone like me to bring the partial ring display? It's tall enough to draw attention, and I can work on further supporting the top so we can have the extra piece on top and bottom. I know we have quite the space this year, but I don't want to take up too much room if we have some bigger displays coming as well.
