Cleveland Gaming Classic Info and Roll Call: September 19-21, 2025

I'm sure we'll discuss booth set up in the coming month, but if we have the room would anyone like me to bring the partial ring display? It's tall enough to draw attention, and I can work on further supporting the top so we can have the extra piece on top and bottom. I know we have quite the space this year, but I don't want to take up too much room if we have some bigger displays coming as well.
Were currently working on a booth build similar to harvest and longsword and should be finished by then. Only big-ish prop will be the m247 turret.

Would LOVE to have the ring to add to the space. We've got a 20'x40' so even with your ring and the turret we still have a good amount of space to work with.

TLDR: There's a limited number of passes, but you are able to purchase an exhibitor pass. Contact me for info. Dinner will be at Fat Head's Brewery around 8pm Sat. There is no dedicated photoshoot, but we want a group photo of everyone suited up at the booth sometime Saturday.

Had a productive call about CGC last night to go over passes and figure out some details.

Passes
First, right now we anticipate 6 exhibitor passes based on our booth size. Individuals receiving passes were chosen based on criteria such as will be there the entire weekend, contribution to the booth, distance traveled.

Those receiving the provided passes are:
There is an opportunity to purchase additional exhibitor passes; anyone who is not receiving a provided pass is welcome to message me or purchase a standard weekend or single day pass. Other than those who have a need to be at the booth early to set up throughout the weekend there isn't a need for an exhibitor pass for individuals. I want to make that purchase ASAP, so I'm going to ask that if you want to purchase an exhibitor pass to message me BEFORE Aug 26. Additional exhibitor passes will be $65 each.

Dinner
We will have our group dinner on Saturday evening at Fat Head's Brewery after the show floor closes around 8PM. This is subject to change if we need to make a last minute call, but if so we'll post it in the Discord thread that will be created for the convention.

Photos
Given our relatively small group size we're going to try something we don't usually do for a photoshoot. I'll have my camera gear and a small setup to use to grab photos for folks when we have openings. We also want to set aside a time to try and get everyone suited up for a quick group photo either ~30min after Sat floor opening to general public or nearer show close Sat so that people can then gear down and get ready for dinner. I open it up to all of you to share what you would prefer.

I'll have to take a look at financials, I booked a room but I don't know if another $120 is going to be in the cards for the Wife and I.

Mark me down as confirmed, I will arrive late Friday. do we have a room spreadsheet? I need somewhere to bunk

Completely understand. I wish we could guarantee more passes, but 6 is all we have confirmed at this point.

No spreadsheet for this one. Cacti I believe has booked a room and might have space.

I have no problem purchasing a pass and giving you my other one if it helps save some money so you could attend.
