Foam DEFENDER/ATHLON build progress

Hey guys, H5 here. In hopes of join you guys at worlds in 2026 or dragoncon next year, I’ve started my spartan 4 build. Currently working on the chest piece out of Eva Foam. Below is my progress.

UPDATE BUILD PIC:

UPDATE: Hey guys it’s been a bit, I got down to the base of the chest piece and currently working on getting the thrusters and details in.

(I’m using the mk7 helmet as a reference size to the Athlon)
UPDATE: DEFENDER chestpiece complete and ready for painting.

With the chestpiece out of the way, I’ve now started on the helmet:

Weeks later of building and I’ve finished my base build

I’ve started painting and will post the picture once the painting is finished.
