After lurking the forums for the past month reading every possible tutorial I decided to give the mkVI a try. Its Robogenisis' mk VI. Its nice looking but a little difficult since I was in such a rush to start this project I didn't grab the proper tools. I used scisors for cutting and super glue to stick it together. I didn't use the scoring method with a ruler or even mark the paper with reb/blue lines. I used a CD case to make folds because it was the the only thing I had laying around in my room that was stiff enough to make folds. My next helmut (Fly Squirels HD MKVI) I will definatly buy an exacto knive and a ruler.

This picture is the helmut after it was assembled, no resin. I just resined it yesterday and this is where I found out its better to have strong cardstock. I will go online and buy some 110 lb cardstock to prevent my next helmut from warping. This helmut took a little dip in a few areas so I will have to make something to prevent it from warping more when I fibergalss it. I wish I had a digital camera to show you more pics but I dont so this is from my Cellphone. Sorry for the overexposure.

Looks fine to me! some resin and fiberglass will make your helmet strong, and some bondo to make it super smooth :) Keep up the good and hard work!
