Do I Need To Put The Visor In?

I'm pepping the Weta ODST helmet, and I'm just wondering if I need to put the visor in. It seems like unnecessary work, but I want to make sure.

Put it in and fiberglass it before you cut it out. That way you have something to base your visor off of when you make it. Especially if you are going to vacuform it.

Thanks, I do plan on vacuum forming it. I guess not adding the visor would ruin that. Thanks again for the reply.

if you want to just use card bord for reinforing it then use the paper visor for a base to vacume form.
