I originally built my suit back in early 2022 with a combination of 3d printed files and Eva foam

I’m in the road now to upgrade, and rebuild much of my suit to be more accurate and better overall

Here’s some of the old suit

One of the major upgrades I made already was to increase the height by turning my boots into boot covers for 5 inch demonias

One thing i did was to redo the upper torso/ collar area to more accurately match the design of the game

I also rebuild my biceps out of foam, I tried moldering my own to print but it didn’t work out.

The old printed biceps, since I was in such a rush when I made them, were a little under extruded and kind of weak and brittle. They lasted as long as they did because I basically injected them with hot glue.

I’m rebuilding the legs, mainly only keeping the printed pieces from them. Also sewed some pleather leggings with the knee area painted orange to match.

Previously I used an Isabelle plush toy, but I carved my own from foam and foam clay.

Old helmet had so many layer lines, it was the free on from thingiverse. Opted to spend the $20 and get the geekygarden version. Way more detail, looks better already

New helmet and then side by side with the old one. A lot cleaner, more detailed and roomier inside

Did a test suit up, slowly coming back together

I keep adding things and remaking pieces from the old suit. Added some cool texture to the ab plates by using a heat gun and a wire pencil holder. Compare that against the one one that was just crisscrossed scored with a knife
