Final Thoughts: We have been asked to assist with this event by the Dreamhack team! Tickets will be covered for both armored attendees, and handlers via our attendance list. We will be asked to engage with the community, bringing the unique Halo experience to the atmosphere!

Additionally, we have been asked to plan an execute a "skit" of some sort for a 15/20 minute duration that will be a intermission on the main stage of the event. The stage is ADA compliant, handlers will be allowed on stage as necessary alongside DH staff, and the stage has ramps in addition to stairs. We are also invited to participate in the events cosplay contest, and welcome to use the amenities provided like the cosplayer lounge, repair stations, and changing spaces on site. However no filming can happen in back areas/cosplay areas, areas designated "back-of-house", and no crowding the official photographers space during DH events.

I am late putting in a time-off request, so it may or may not go through. I would also need to sort out sharing a hotel with folks I feel comfortable rooming with, but I do have an aunt who lives an hour away if that isn't possible.

I plan to be boots on the ground. I can either armor up or act as a handler depending on when it is during the weekend. I am planning to be up there Thursday night til Monday if set up and take down help for the booth is needed. I actually also applied to do a halo meet up but am waiting on whether I get approved or not. I was just thinking about making a post on facebook this morning about trying to set up a group dinner for anyone that was attending.

for hotels closest to the venue by distance to walk the Signia by Hilton lobby is attached to building C where the event is being held. Omni is just the other side of building A. Embassy Suites is across the street from the college football hall of fame a block from the Omni. Embassy and Omni can expect about a half mile or so walk through the GWCC. Reverb is a couple blocks away on the backside of the arena and football stadium.

Tentative in armor for Sat/Sun, though I will definitely be attending in my Repair Kit if not.

I work less than 5 minutes away, live 20 minutes away, and have local resources for assist in moving things around or temporary storage. Let me know if setup/load in assistance is required.

Notes:
- Dreamhack has had C2E2 style security the last few years. Be mindful of your pockets.
- Red Deck and Yellow Deck parking are recommended, but there are about a dozen decks in the area. Red is slightly further away, but is covered all the way into the convention center. https://gwcc.parkingguide.com/
- I can bring some power banks/station for AC power and a repair kit for the booth in addition to my own.
- Whomever RSVPs will receive a 3D printed namebadge with their regiment/display name on it.
