To update, as of right now I believe the plan is to meet at the Maker Station somewhere around 12 pm on Thursday (Oct 30th) to load up the booth panels/props and head to the venue for load in. Load in must be completed by 4pm on Thursday.
Daily hours are as follows
Friday: 10am - 10pm
Saturday: 10am - 10pm
Sunday: 10am - 6pm
We will continue talks with the event coordinators to understand if we have early access to the venue so we can suit up, etc.... (Typically we would have access an hour early at minimum so this is what I am expecting)
Storage will be available in the cosplay lounge. Note, this is a shared space and as such we need to ensure we are as tidy as possible. We will attempt to stack crates and take up as little space as possible. Also, with this being a shared space, please ensure crates are secured and valuables are accounted for (I suggest carrying important items on your person).
There is a Halo Fandom and Cosplay gathering on Saturday between 12-1pm and we have been asked to be in attendance (as if we would miss it
)
I will continue to update both the thread and in the discord chat for the event as information comes in. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!
