yeah jaben has the right idea, build yourself some stilts in the shape of an elites legs. Then you can just look out the eyes.

The only problem with the stilts is that I'm not very familiar with them and I don't want to tip face first because of them either.

I think U would die in there cuz ... u are inside a suit and if it summer, the suit will heat up like a chicken in the mirco slowly sizzeling its fat away u will die from heat in there lol no to mention how u would turn ur head inside or if u get hungry or thursty but i belive in u

I may have missed the post because I'm very tired, but as far as ease of use have you thought of simply seeing out of the neck? ergo, your head is in the neck and you use a blacked out visor to see out of it, then simply put the head atop the neck, like where your forehead would be? That's what I'm planning on doing for my ranger build...
