EVA Helmet

I just searched for an EVA helmet creation post but couldn't find any.
Has anyone thought about how to make an EVA helmet? I got a few Ideas and will post them later when I have worked out all the kinks. If this has already been discussed please point me in the right direction. Thanks

one guy already started just keep searching his is very kool, although its pepakaura, and he redid it, wonder if hes finished?
