Expanding foam vs. Straps - Also, where to DL simple rifle?

Can someone link me to a simple gun design that works?

Now, has anyone seen the kind of expanding foam car customizers use? It comes in a can, you mix in some hardener and it pours into whatever area you want and triples in size. Has anyone used this be used for fastening the arms and legs?
