Nice. I did the same, started on the lo-def then went to the HD, so far my only prob has been a warp that will make a convincing dent when I'm finished. Keep up the good work- it looks great.

Oh wow lol I thought this thread was dead AGGESS ago! This helmet is in the bin now!
I suppose I should post pics of the newest one, which has support struts and it's due to be fibreglassed sometime in the next few weeks

The pics with the supprt struts on the first page are the new helmet - the attatched image at the bottom of the topic is the old one, that got thrown away months ago! It was way too big. The helmet on the other thread was the second helmet - that was too small. This one fits perfectly!

looking pretty good. I'm working on this file to replace my old/broken helmet, but my fingers are too massive to fold/score the areas around the lights. it's quite frustrating.
